Description
In 1444, Emperor of the Romans John VIII Palaiologos, was given two options. To stay in Constantinople which would soon fall to the Ottomans, or to go west into the great unknown. Taking his few riches, his brother Konstantinos, Skanderbeg, and the few levies he could find. John died on the voyage, meaning Konstantinos would take over the new kingdom. Thus Elysia was born. The Elysian military is a disciplined force, capable of defeating larger armies and highly skilled in melee. The Basileus hopes to one day return to Constantinople and restore Rome, however he must wait in Nea Konstantinoupoli until the opportunity arises. Να ζήσει ο βασιλιάς!
