Description
The Department of External Affairs is responsible for maintaining relations with foreign foundations and foreign Groups of Interests (GoIs). The DEA is also responsible for conducting interviews on outsiders to the foundation to gather external opinions, and host negotiations with/between GoIs. Diplomacy is sorely underrated, fights can be won with strength and manpower, but wars are won with diplomacy and intellect, oh seeker of wisdom.
