The Final Order was the theocracy of the Sith Eternal ruled by the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Sidious from the hidden planet Exegol in the galaxy's Unknown Regions. As part of their goal to establish a new galactic Sith Empire and exact the Emperor's revenge, the Sith Eternal spent years building the massive Sith fleet, which consisted of Xyston-class Star Destroyers capable of destroying planets in a single sustained burst.
