Description
Requirments to Join: You must have the Green Banded Top Hat, Red Banded Top Hat, Purple Banded Top Hat, JJ5x5 Top Hat, W's Top Hat, the Blue Banded Top Hat,the Platinum Top Hat, or any other OFFICIAL top hat. If you do not have any of these hats, do NOT apply! If you are placed in the wrong category, or got a higher ranked hat, PM me, or and admin. We will hold contests, games, and other stuff where you can win prizes :D Also, when you send a request please try and wear your top hat. It's a lot easier than going through your profile and seeing which hat you have. If you don't wear it, I am only going through 10 pages or less, so wear it if you want it. However, if you don't get a response after a while due to my inactivity, feel free to take it off, and I'll just go through all of your pages manually. This only applies to if I haven't accepted you within a week. Oh, and you will not be accepted if your only Top Hat is the Builder's Top Hat.
