Mortovian Empire Cadet Acadamy #539868
Description
This is the preliminaries for the Mortovian Empire. If you can't make it in here, you are not worthy of the Empire. To get into the Empire, you have to be active, attend trainings, and become noticed by a Graduation tester. Trainers and Graduation testers can hold trainings, but trainers can not hold graduation tests. Trainers must reccomend the cadets to graduation testers, and graduation testers can choose cadets to GT.

Growth
Growth history is still building. We hold no measurements for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
Ownership
Owned by PH1LLY (@PH1LLYM4DE) as measured.
Groups seen changing owner — the largest ever handed over and the most recent — are on the ownership transfers board.
