BACKGROUND INFO: The Vortex Imperium (T.V.I) is a futuristic military organization ran by some of the most experienced leaders of all. Defending our home city, otherwise known as 'Cobalt Valley" is our top priority as it is a major source of crime for those in many different enemy groups.
