Description
The Ministry of Expansion (MoE) is a federal executive Ministry of Super Earth. It is responsible for terraforming and resource extraction as well as the expansion, management and development of Super Earth's colonies on planets all across the Galaxy. Each colony is managed by an executive official known as the Colonial Overseer (or Planetary Overseer) who is elected into office, much like other Super Earth officials. Presumably, all Colonial Overseers work closely with the Ministry of Expansion.
