One is not born Mandalorian. One becomes Mandalorian through trials known as Verd'goten. Coming of Age. A child born to a Mando family, is not a Mando'ad until he passes the trials. To be a Mandalorian, one must abide by Resol'nare. The six tenets that define a mandalorian and sets him apart an outsider. 1. Wear the armor. 2. Speak the language. 3. Contribute to clan's welfare. 4. Always be ready to defend yourself and the clan. 5. Raise your children as Mandalorians. 6. Always rally to Mand'alor's call.
