Welcome to 🧀 ~Grill'd~ 🧀! We are a restaurant that specializes in cheese! We are very kind and mostly non-strict about things, here is what makes us different. 1. Slang is allowed.(Punctuation and capitalization are still mainly required.) 2. We kick per warning.(3 warnings until a ban.) 3. We don't expect you to always be active.(The real world exists.) 4. Saying Sir, or ma'am are not required.(This is a game, everyone is equal.) 5. If you make a mistake(even maybe a big one)you most likely won't get in trouble.(Everyone makes mistakes, that is what makes us Human's.) 6. We are always happy and kind!(regardless of what is going on or who you are speaking to.) 7. If you are really stressed, talk to a HR/MR/SHR for help.(if it is about work, they can help, comfort, and see what they can do to make it less stressful for you!) 8. We are very lenient when it comes to greeting a costumer.(a simple, (Hey! My name is ___! Welcome to Grill'd! What do you want?) would work just fine.)
