Welcome to the Nyan Research & Development Team. The R&D Team deals with figuring out certain objects with anomalous properties. They are tasked with finding better ways to contain them, and in some cases, to terminate the anomaly. It works with the Ethics Corps, and Military Police to get to its goals. This is a Civil Division
