𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 ⚑ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ⚑ The Spanish Civil War was a war fought from 1936 - 1939. The war was mainly fought over which ideological group should control the country - the Nationalists, a group made up of Falangists, monarchists, and religious members lead by a military dictator, or, the repubIicans a group made up of anarchists and socialists. This conflict was famous for the brutality that happened on both sides, and even helped inspire the George Orwell novel "1984." Many foreign nations also supported the two opposing sides the Soviets helping the repubIicans and Germany and Italy supporting the Nationalists.
