Where standard Civil Protection units manage civilian compliance at the street level, RAZOR operates at a higher threshold. Restricted facilities, designated individuals, and zones of elevated Union interest fall under RAZOR's jurisdiction. They enforce sociostatus regulations with precision, ensuring that access, movement, and conduct within controlled areas remain within sanctioned parameters. When a security breach occurs in any form, at any scale RAZOR is the first structured response. Fast, disciplined, and briefed on assets that most Civil Protection units are never cleared to know exist. The Union has things worth protecting.
