Coping skills, gratitude, daily questions, help. I AM NOT A LISCENED THERAPIST! I just want to help people who are in danger, help with anxiety and depression ect. I have had a rough road and I don't want others to. I want people to be aware of mental health problems. Anybody is accepted here. If you troll... on a mental health group.. I understand. I went through a rough time and I would do that. Please don't make fun of people. This is a safe space.
