Description
The "BLACKOUT" Organization is a special community focused on countering Chaos Insurgency. We are dedicated to crush all forms of enemies to the foundation, and set things right. First formed as a small squad in a mega Anti-CI faction, the "BLACKOUT" Organization had broken off to set off on its own mission, with no restrictions from its former superiors. We set our own rules, and abide only to that. "BLACKOUT" has its own fully trusted officers with full dedication to serving the community, with Administrators setting its structure. It is a highly organized community with its own discipline, culture, and events. It is currently a slow growing faction - although slowly, steadily. The Organization boasts a community of highly aware, skilled, and cooperative players that have a huge presence, even when solo.
