Description

A highly specialized rapid-response unit designated for containment, eradication, and counteraction of anomalous biological threats. Known by the codename "Iós" (Greek for “poison” or “virus”), the task force is trained to handle bioweapons, infectious anomalies, parasitic entities, and memetic plagues. Members are equipped with advanced hazmat systems, autonomous drones, and counter-anomalous pharmaceutics. Their operational doctrine focuses on swift quarantine, decontamination, and neutralization, often deploying in high-risk zones before standard medical or MTF units can be mobilized. Due to their hazardous assignments, mortality rates are above average, and operators are rotated frequently to minimize long-term exposure.
