Norwegian Air Shuttle, commonly known as Norwegian, is a Norwegian low-cost airline headquartered in Fornebu, near Oslo, Norway. It is one of the major airlines in Scandinavia and offers affordable flights to a range of destinations across Europe and selected international routes. The airline was established in 1993 and originally operated regional flights in western Norway.
