Welcome to Tsue No Nai (*Translation - Wandless*), I am Balancer CookooClocks12, it is nice to see you. I assume you are familiar with my rules? As a Balancer, you are expected to remain NEUTRAL, we do not meddle ourselves with other clans. Although our job is to keep the balance during wars between clans. Our values, including never to kill, are very strictly viewed and put into practice. If you are caught killing in Magic Training, you will instantly be banned from the clan.
