Description

The Officer Academy is an Army division that makes passionate and ambitious Non Commissioned Officers into the future leaders of Yugoslavia. We have a rough system that consists of disciplining NCO’s by giving them strict orders and commands, so expect to be yelled at and corrected when you do something wrong. We expect our Instructors to be active and willing to teach Candidates the basics of OA and supervise them when they’re hosting an event. Candidates have ## #### ## #### the Academy or else they will be exiled for inactivity (only exceptions are OA candidates II and III, they have to start over if they don’t reach the time limit). You need to be active, ####### professional and always use grammar to succeed in OA. When you graduate you can become an OA Instructor or you can choose to leave for other divisions.
