They setup voyages to find islands to trade with the local people for some money. As they came back to the Netherlands war was approaching and it was approaching fast. The Nederlands Groen Compagnie found a new way to gain money. They decided to sell they’re services to other people. They gained a lot of money because of the war and people buying there services. They were filthy rich.
