The scythe is here to save the world from over population A scythe may only carry their scythe, a journal, and their ring. We have IO Commandments which are on the inside of your journal. If you see a Thunder Head please don't make any interaction with them. If you break any commandments you will have a major punishment of sorts like these. I. Your Killing must be regulated by another scythe. II.You must suffer multiple deaths, but only rendered deadish. III. You are put on probation. Please do not break any of the commandments.
