Famille Touchet #5555881
Description
_______________________________________________________________________________________________The Touchet Family descends from the, prior, Kingdom of Sardinia. After the annexation of 1860 the family would reign over the region of Haute-Savoie and claim achievement over the vast adondance agricultural prospects. During these years the family would fight for their place as peers as France would enter revolution after revolution. Finally in 1870 France would enter the Third Republic and see the fall of nobility and peerage in France. The family would see an end to much of its agricultural kingdom and be forced to sell much of their property. By 1897 the Touchet family would shrink down to owning four properties across the Haute-Savoie region. ___________________________________________________________________________________________
