Fictional Story Line. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬♛▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ After the failure of the First World War, the German Emperor abdicated and was replaced by one of his cousins who managed to lead the Empire through its hardships at the peace treaty, but would soon reform the Empire to become a Dictator. While the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor do have some authority, it's limited and is held only by the pleasure of the Emperor.
