Anyone in the group can recommend an idea 2. We take the first 10 ideas 3. We vote on those ideas and whoever gets the most votes, we do that project. NOTE: There can be mandatory builds that we do not vote on. They will not occur often, and the Board votes on if we should do it or not. Regular builders will not know of this till it is announced.
