The Outline Council is full of mysteries, Since in earlier years we have developed a greater community. Letting all outsiders into our safe walls. We have our rules and so do you. We have kept "Freaks" Away from name calling and other terrible things. We are the Outline Council. This is a myth so if you want to hunt it then go right away. If you want to be a random person or NPC Use a blocky character and just greet people and welcome them in and create a story of your life and tell them maybe. Don't act crazy or insane, Just be calm and chill. if you are a Person then don't interfere with the Hunter.
