Protect." ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Panel of Sub Rosa Affairs serves as the Foundation’s internal bureau for classified narrative control, anomaly behavioral management, and clandestine incident reconstruction. Members of this department operate both behind the curtain and within the story—tasked with enacting live anomaly behavior, managing lore continuity, and supporting scenario-based interactions across the site.
