The Malinovsky Academy got established in 1932 as "StaIin Academy for WPRA Mechanization a Motorization Program". It's named after the Marshal Malinovsky. Its mission is to train armoured and mechanized units. To get accepted into Malinovsky, the personnel has to be rank of Starshina and take an entry application. The entry application will be revealed and will be responded eventually to you.
