Description

COMPNOR is the Empire’s political and ideological engine—shaping loyalty, enforcing doctrine, and rooting out dissent. Through propaganda, public order programs, and internal influence, we ensure the galaxy follows the New Order without hesitation.

Growth

3 measurements spanning 62 days, net -2. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 12–14 and does not start at zero.
