NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER ACADEMY [NCOA] ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) is where soldiers become disciplined leaders within the Army. An NCO must remain in control of any given situation at any time, and are the backbone of the Army. They have the responsibility of hosting Basic Recruit Training, Regimental Training, keeping the standards upheld in the Army, and various other tasks ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Stages: Stage I- Introduction Stage II- NCO Conduct Stage III: Drilling Stage IV: Disciplining Stage V: Final Exam ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Applicants must fulfill the following requirements to attain entry 1. Be the rank of Lance Corporal in the Army 2. Have the recommendation of one NCO and one Officer of the rank Corporal or higher 3.
