Description
After the USSR's Collapse in 1991, And in a world without Soviet Relocation Programs in Karelia, The Karelian Republic breaks free from Russia, Russia immediately goes to put out the revolution but gets pushed back and loses the Murmansk Peninsula thanks to Finnish Arms, Karelia's Republic Fell and was replaced by a provisional government while the War of Independence raged on, Karelia & Russia finally made peace in July of 2004, Securing Karelian Independence and Russian's wishing to leave Karelia free access to do so.
