Description
The Serpent's Hand is a group of loosely affiliated groups with a single express purpose: To spread knowledge about the paranormal and to embrace it. The term Serpent's Hand is a broad term used to describe the several cells, hostile, neutral or friendly to other groups and anomalous or non-anomalous people that make up such groups. Such groups are skilled in theurgy, thaumaturgy or other anomalous practices. The Hand faces fierce opposition from the GOC, who seek to destroy the anomalous and cover their existence and less harsh opposition from the SCP Foundation, who seeks to contain the anomalous and maintain secrecy. They also dislike the Chaos Insurgency due to the fact that they seek to use the anomalous for their own benefit. My group seeks to create the most lore-friendly Serpent's Hand by incorporating the Wanderer's Library, Ways, and Cells along with a decentralized leadership, similar to the wiki's anarchist groups.
