War! The empire has been split within the latest era, enemies are on all sides. The city of Rome itself is now part of an Ostrogothic state and on every border of the empire, we can find an enemy. Hope still remains, Justinian has come to the throne and has a dream, a dream to restore Rome. What will it take, what will be the cost, how will we do it?
