Description
At Lakeford Multi Academy Trust, we believe in doing things differently. Founded in June 2025 by Mr. N Elliots, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Headteacher of Lakeford Academy, our trust was built on a clear and powerful vision 'Respect, Collaboration, Aspiration' We are a trust that places schools, their unique identities, values, and communities at the heart of everything we do. We don't believe in top-down takeovers. Instead, we champion independence while providing the right support, guidance, and professional partnership to help leadership teams continue to thrive. Our role is to enable, not control; to empower, not impose. What sets us apart is our genuine commitment to collaboration. We foster strong, respectful relationships across our family of schools, working together to share best practices, raise aspirations, and ensure every student receives the high-quality education they deserve. Welcome to a trust that believes in your potential. Welcome to Lakeford!
