Description
Greetings. Noir Incorporate or NI, was established as a financing company. NI is in charge of managing Hex Rad Clan’s revenue and gaining revenue for it. Noir is public but will be private. People must follow all the rules as from Hex Rad Clan. To rank up you must make shirts and make people buy them. ***The revenue is later distributed for HRC and this group.
