RANKS ---------------- Pass Tryout = [ DANCER ] Noticed and attended classes = [ JUNIOR TEAM ] I decide who is on the ELITE Team | based on work ethic, motivation, Show Less HOW TRYOUTS WORK . I seperate the dancers into color categories and I watch them each round by color so I can see everyones timing and give them corrections before moving to the next color! Then I watch everyone together, and at the end I give out roles for people that made the team. Ty- Halo and Staff.
