The shirts and pants templates are identical. Get the template from Roblox. It's at the top of the Create section for pants/shirts. 👖PANTS: The top zone can be left transparent or you can create a tank top, vest, or other sleeveless top that will be attached to the pants. The zone in the bottom left is the right pant leg. The zone in the bottom right is the avatar's left leg. 👚SHIRTS: The top zone is the shirt's body. The bottom two zones are the sleeves. Files should be saved as a 585px x 559px 72dpi PNG.
