We are holiday hotels, Every holiday we double promote and every employee of the week will get promoted, Getting chair person will not be earned by getting employee of the week, The founder will promote a president to a chair Person, CP is hard tp get, Co founder or founder can promote executive to president but not often. If a CP is abusing, Please report it to a Developer+ to demote him or her. (NOTE: If you are a president and get the double rank, You will get I rank up only and the the I is gonna go to another member, Also it's a lot harder to get double promotion when you are a vice president+ .)
