With an estimated population of over 250,000 souls, the city boasts with old world necessities which enables it's population to create the future. Following the contingency plan sunset protocols of operation cobalt during the initial fall, a wide majority of the U.S Military fled designated safe-zones throughout most major cities and fell back to military bases and airfields to collect supplies for designated relocation efforts, particularly Philadelphia.
