Description
Following multiple containment breaches across a multitude of facilities via a seemly coordinated strike by the Chaos Insurgency and various other Groups of Interest has forced the Foundation onto its last legs. The decommissioning of Sites, Committees, and Task Forces, including the Council's own Red Right Hand, has resulted in a lack of resources, space, and manpower. Nonetheless, the strive to maintain the status quo remains.
