Resh-1 is a task force that reports directly to the Administrator while collaborating with Foundation Intelligence Operations under the Administrator's Office. Resh-1 consists of the most elite and loyal operatives the Mobile Task Forces has to offer with no space for incompetence. While their existence is uncertain, even to the O5 Council, they have been tasked with protecting all Foundation High Command by order of the Administrator.
