Description
삼계탕 조립(준비) 순서 준비물 영계 1마리 불린 찹쌀 1/2컵 인삼 1뿌리 마늘 6~10쪽 대추 2~4개 밤 2개 (선택) 물 1.5~2L 조립 방법 닭을 깨끗하게 씻고 물기를 제거한다. 찹쌀을 1~2시간 정도 물에 불린다. 닭 뱃속에 불린 찹쌀을 넣는다. 인삼, 마늘, 대추, 밤을 함께 넣는다. 내용물이 빠지지 않도록 닭 다리를 교차시키거나 실로 묶는다. 끓이는 방법 냄비에 닭을 넣는다. 물을 닭이 잠길 정도로 붓는다. 강불에서 끓인다. 끓기 시작하면 거품을 걷어낸다. 중약불로 줄여 1~1.5시간 푹 끓인다. 닭고기가 쉽게 찢어질 정도가 되면 완성. 먹는 방법 국물에 소금과 후추를 취향껏 넣는다. 닭고기를 찢어 먹는다. 안에 들어있는 찹쌀을 국물과 섞어 죽처럼 먹는다. 김치나 깍두기를 곁들인다. 이 조립법은 내가 가장 좋아하는 방식이다. 기본적인 전통 삼계탕 조립 및 조리법이다.
