Description
After annexing Austria and Slovenia, The Emperor decided that it was time to build a navy which would conquer the seas, And appointed one of his closest advisors, and friends, to be the head of the navy. The navy was officially formed on the 29th of February 1920. After growing world tensions, they realised they had to be prepared on all fronts.
