𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 None Livonia, a land of swamps and of bustling cities; the twin of Prussia in the further East. A historic Teutonic colony, against the local barbarian Pagans, spreading Germanic Christian ideals, stands today as a modern European Grand Duchy. Founded in a series of conflicts in 1918, the Grand Duchy has 6 administrative cantons and de jure fair elections. De facto, voting systems are rigged against the local Baltic majority population, to favor the rule of the German minority. Today, Livonia faces issues in its establishment, but has overcome and is slowly developing as less of a rogue Freikorps nation state, but more of a modern European nation.
