Description
Noobesti was founded on 3/5/2020 as a separate nation, before joining the Yellow Empire. It is the 2nd biggest province in population, behind the Yellow Empire Capitol Province. Currently it prides itself in it's diverse and unique server, and is the only province so far that had a leader that was also a military leader.
