We hope to expand, but not at the cost of quality of members, inactive = ban/exhile unacceptable behaviour while on duty = ban [Depending on how bad, maybe get hunted] We look for a diplomatic soloution first, however, this can sometimes be a short venture, we won't go out of our way for diplomacy.
