The Orange Apostasy, or "Class-D Nation","The Orange Movement", Is an organised group of Class-D Personnel who have gotten tired of the suppression of the Foundation, creating an rebellion group that spreads through the population of Class-D like wildfire, and causing disorder in the foundation, sometimes even crumbling sites by itself.
