Description
i heard the ring of the solemn town bell, as they carried him down, and we bit our farewells. i'll always remember this story i retell, when he picked me up by my shirt and yelled. when the baby cried, he screamed as well, and i moved as soon as the next dry spell. the city, so polluted, is where i feel well. and simply, i didn't have very much time to dwell. i didnt want to leave our baby, little Annabelle, but when i did, someone found her in the stairwell. though people, oh people, i certainly repel, i wrote this poem as my final farewell
