[BRH] Black Rain Hierarchy was formed in light of new groups rising to the top of the Wizarding World. Members of this group were taught loyalty and the benefits of it. This distinguished and authoritative high society is one that once contained players with a level of versatility beyond comparison. Objectives were accomplished long ago. Founded and created by Affluxies in January 2020.
