Description
<-The New Roman Empire-> Was established after its founding members had enough of the tyantical and power hungry empires, That dominate the Roman Genre. The New Roman Empire is a Democratic Empire, Controlled by members of the senate. Well being overseen by the Empress. The Imperial Ruling Council -Is the most powerful council in the empire and works directly with the Empress. This council is to be made up of 8 of the most qualified unbiased senators the empire has to offer. The Roman War Council - Will be made up of the Legatus of each legion and will be able to declare war. The Roman Senate - Controls every political motion and law and can remove any member of any other branch of government with a 3/4 Majority. Wanting to be in the Senate first you have to be a Plebeian Councilmen.
