No desertion (penalty):demotion,dishonor,and possibly dishonorable discharge. No disrespect (penalty): demotion. Group promotions: winning (reward):promotion. Honor(reward):promotion and glory. Truth (reward):glory and honor Saving comrades (reward): high promotion,honor,respect,glory,and even if a CO or entire platoon is saved a thank you from the president himself.
