Description
The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation who simply "store" their SCPs, would like to utilize the artifacts, most likely as weapons or as [REDACTED] devices. The Insurgency also wants to take down the SCP Foundation by possibly unleashing several dangerous SCPs. The Chaos Insurgency has access to a more limited amount of SCPs than the Foundation, but are more willing to use them without restriction. ______________________
